How Can an Employer Get Started?
- To start service, simply fill out the request form or contact a Recruiter Exchange representative
 
How much does it cost?
- Recruiter Exchange charges an agreed upon finder’s fee based on whether it's a direct hire, temp to hire, or contract position
- Recruiter Exchange will send employer an invoice on the candidate’s start date. The employer must pay the full amount on a net 30 days
 
What if the candidate does not work out?
- For Direct Hire positions: Recruiter Exchange will return to the employer the entire finder’s fee should the candidate not work out for up to 60 days from the start date
- Other terms and conditions are negotiated on a case by case basis depending on the length and type of positions
 
How do the recruiters get paid?
- Recruiter Exchange shares the commission with recruiters
- Recruiters are paid 60 days after the candidate’s start date
- Should the candidate’s employment end prior to the 60 days, no money will be paid to the recruiter
 
What if Recruiter Exchange submits a resume that has been submitted to employer already from another source?
- No worries. A candidate that has been previously submitted to an employer from another source belongs to the employer. If the candidate is hired, the employer does not need to pay Recruiter Exchange any fee
