How can I become a recruiter?
- Recruiters must complete the online application and be interviewed by a Recruiter Exchange representative before access to the site can be granted
- Once approved, recruiters will be given a login id to view all job postings
 
What is the process for resume submission and interviews?
- Recruiters submit resumes directly to Recruiter Exchange via email
- Recruiter Exchange then sends the resume to the hiring employer for review
- If an employer is interested in a candidate, Recruiter Exchange will arrange the interview with all involved parties
 
What if two recruiters submit the same resume?
- All submitted resumes are time stamped. First come first served basis. If two recruiters send in the same resume, Recruiter Exchange will accept the one that was received first and notify the other recruiter with proof if needed
 
How do the recruiters get paid?
- Recruiter Exchange charges a negotiated commission rate of the annual salary for each successful placement.
- Recruiter's commission fee is equal to 10% of the employee's annual salary
- Recruiters are paid 60 days after the candidate’s start date
- Should the candidate’s employment end prior to the 60 days, no money will be paid to the recruiter
 
Can I post my own jobs?
- Yes, anyone or entity can register as an employer just as long as they agree to the Pricing and Payment provisions
